BT Global Vlocity Quote Tool Explainer

Overview

BT Global needed a clearer way to explain the purpose and value of its GSIP Vlocity Quote Tool.

A traditional software demonstration could overwhelm viewers with technical detail. Therefore, the video had to show the tool’s role in the quoting process quickly and clearly.

First, the project organised the information around a concise product journey. Interface animation, typography and graphic transitions then guided viewers through each stage.

The visual treatment follows BT Global’s brand language through strong colour, clean composition and controlled pacing. Product imagery and screen elements also show how the platform works in practice.

The brief required fast interpretation and delivery. We completed the full animation in six days, from 8 to 14 February 2023.

The finished BT Vlocity explainer turns a corporate software tool into an accessible visual story. The client awarded it five stars and praised the immediate understanding of the brief, accurate delivery and straightforward collaboration.
