TPA Customer Journey Explainer Video

The TPA customer journey explains temporary access hire through one animated story covering enquiry, planning, installation, recovery and self-installation.

Proyecto personal 2024

TPA needed to explain the full temporary access hire journey, from the first enquiry to final equipment collection.

The process included remote and on-site surveys, digital planning, delivery, installation, recovery and self-installation. Therefore, the video had to simplify several routes without overwhelming viewers.

Some stages also lacked a clear visual model. The remote survey, for example, required interpretation before animation could begin.

We structured the journey inside one connected animated environment. Characters, vehicles, equipment and locations reflect the construction industry while remaining approachable and consistent with TPA’s brand.

The installation sequence begins with a simple roadway and gradually expands into larger projects. Camera movement and progressive zoom-outs reveal additional crews, supervisors and locations while preserving continuity.

The alternative dry-hire route shows TPA delivering equipment for the customer to install independently. Voiceover, character animation and motion graphics connect both service options.

As the brief developed, the project grew into a complete operational overview rather than a simple product video.

The finished TPA customer journey makes a complex service easier to understand and gives the company a reusable sales asset. The client awarded it five stars and praised the collaboration, communication and attention to every stakeholder.
