TPA Customer Journey Explainer Video

Overview

TPA needed a clear and engaging way to explain the complete journey customers follow when hiring temporary access equipment for construction sites and large-scale projects.

One Road developed an animated explainer video that transforms the full customer process into a simple visual narrative, beginning with the initial enquiry and continuing through the site survey, installation and eventual recovery of the equipment.

The animation illustrates both remote and on-site surveys, including the use of digital planning tools to assess the customer’s requirements. It then follows TPA installation teams as they deliver and install temporary roadway panels, progressively expanding from a straightforward installation to larger and more complex projects involving multiple crews, supervisors and locations.

The final stages show the equipment being collected and returned to the depot, while also presenting TPA’s self-installation and dry-hire options as an alternative service.

Characters, vehicles, equipment and environments were designed to reflect the construction industry while remaining clear, approachable and consistent with TPA’s branding. Voiceover, motion graphics and visual transitions were combined to communicate each stage of the journey within a concise animated format.
