Titanic Guest Boutique needed a simpler and more reliable way for guests to order breakfast before the following morning, without relying on lengthy messages, paper forms or repeated follow-ups from the team.

One Road designed and developed a mobile-first ordering experience under the name Breakfast, Your Way. Guests access the app through a direct link or QR code and are guided through a short series of focused steps, rather than being presented with one long form.

The journey begins with guest and booking details before moving into menu selection. Guests can choose quantities, customise relevant meal options, select drinks, add dietary information or special requests and reserve an available breakfast time slot.

The ordering logic was designed around the real operational needs of the boutique. Selections that require multiple choices are automatically kept consistent with the total quantity ordered, helping prevent incomplete or contradictory submissions. Guests can then review the order, see the final total and confirm before completing payment where required.

The interface was designed to feel familiar and straightforward, borrowing the clarity of modern food-ordering apps while remaining consistent with the boutique’s warm and personal guest experience. The guided structure reduces scrolling, makes the process easier to complete on a phone and gives the team clearer information for preparation and service.

The project also supported the wider breakfast workflow through order confirmation, daily preparation visibility and a defined ordering deadline, helping the team manage availability and reduce last-minute manual administration.
